Mr. Wuf’s Travels: Day 4

Monday, December 25th, 2006

Merry Christmas! Today is Christmas and like a lot of families, we didn’t do anything but sit around the house, open gifts and eat more than we should. The good news is the snow is falling, and the weather looks like it will continue to stay cold, that means possibly skiing!

I hope you are having a very safe and enjoyable holiday!

Mr. Wuf’s Travels: Day 3

Sunday, December 24th, 2006

Day 3 is Christmas Eve and what better way to spend Christmas Eve than at the North Pole! I did wake up to snow this morning which was a very pleasant surprise, I just hope it sticks around through the night so I can have a “White Christmas” which I wasn’t expecting.

Like I said, we drove to the North Pole to see Santa’s workshop, and of course it was closed. I guess Santa needed time for last minute preparations without the public running through his stuff. I was able to get my picture taken in front of the North Pole Post Office just for proof. Maybe next time we can stop by when they are open and get a tour to see where all my toys are made!

Nothing else went on today, and tomorrow is of course Christmas so we won’t be doing much either. I promise the trip will get to be more interesting! With all the history in this town, you can’t help but run into it.

Mr. Wuf’s Travels: Days 1 & 2

Saturday, December 23rd, 2006

Hi everybody, Mr. Wuf here, and what an interesting 1st 2 days it has been. Ok, not all that exciting, just a couple of travel days. Still haven’t even seen snow! They are having a very warm winter, and we don’t think that we will even have a “White Christmas”, but there is still time to get some snow!

Don’t worry, the next week should be full of lots of excitement as I tour the town that has hosted two Winter Olympics and saw the 1980 Men’s Hockey Team upset the Soviet Union! I will also post plenty of pictures because I love pictures, and don’t forget to email me here.
